Contest Brief

I am looking for a design for a real estate yard sign. Mockup design and source file required. We do residential and commercial leasing. I would like to have one sign for commercial leasing and a separate one for residential leasing. However, its important to us to keep the consistency of our logos and designs for branding purposes. Our company colors are black, white, and gray. However our current signs don't stand out enough. Other colors we would be willing to incorporate are red or gold. Things we would like on our sign: Tronerentals.com or Tronecommercial.com, Logo (Attached), 717-633-7004, FOR LEASE.
