Update this image into a GIF

Contest Brief

I am looking for the attached image to be updated and turned into a styling GIF.
The image should look the same - but as a GIF. The text should have a small bit of movement if possible.

I want it to display each element of the image one after another.
1. The outside circles should display first
2. The dark blue sections should show second
3. The + Healthcare text should show next
4. The "focus" arrows should show next.

Each element should have a nice transitions / spin and fade is a good option.
