Contest Brief

I would like to have an HTML component developed using a mix of html, css, and javascript.
The "Video/Picture editor" component will provide a way for a user to extract images from a video (MP4)
Screenshots gallery will display all screenshot & allow a user to manage them

Video/Picture editor features
-------------------------------
Video player with simple grey timeline component as shown in images
Video player will not play video as a normal video player but only allow dragging of timeline handle & display of image at the desired location
Small button on right of timeline that will lock/unlock access to the timeline (making it dragable)
Mousing over video will create a layover - "Take a screenshot"
Clicking on layover will extract image from desired video location & produce an event - {imageBase64 = binaryimagedata, locationTimestampSecs = 120}

Screenshots gallery features
-------------------------------
onLoad event will take in a jsonObject with an array of "screenshots"
mousing over screenshot will create a layover - with "X | O"
clicking x will trigger a deleteScreenShot event
clicking o will trigger a viewScreenShotInformation event

I've attached sample json dataset to help visualize what kind of data will be used within this component

The component should be delivered in zipped folder that contains HTML/css/javascript

#increaseprize to 300 USD. But looks like there are freelancers willing to do this for 100 USD prize (was 50 USD before if I recall).

This contest was set initially for 50 USD prize (and contest holder increased it). Congratulations on the winning yet you have done this for less than you could get. But - OK for your first job/contest!
