I am seeking a proficient graphic designer to create a logo that encapsulates the essence of our modern industrial gastropub, 'Umami Tap & Smokehouse'. The aesthetic should strike a balance between sleek contemporary vibes and rough industrial character.

Key Specifications:

- Colors: Primarily Black and White, Silver and Gray.
- Style: A Vintage, classic yet sophisticated look is preferred.

Given that one of the key components was left blank, I am most interested in applicants who are able to provide their own creative insights to the design and presentation.
