Contest Brief

I need a "Fun Meter" Graphic that will be going on the sleeve of our company t-shirts. Looking for somewhat of a vintage look and feel for the design(I've uploaded sme vintage graphics that aren't fun meters). Needs to have accompanying vector file as well as we may use on the back of t-shirt which will need to be scaled larger. I attached a fun meter image for an example but please understand, I think the design of the image I uploaded is absolutely terrible.
