Contest Brief

I am looking to add a wash pad for washing cars outside our warehouse. We have one done in the UK and need a basic rendering to show investors. I would like to incorporate two shipping containers to serve as flex space and storeage.

This does not have to be for anything other then visual, no engineering etc needed. Wash bay will be 20'x20' containers are 40'x8'x8'.

Containers will be stacked with the upper container becoming a cover for the entrance into the bottom container. 8ft deck out front of the ground level container. Access to the upper container with a stair way onto a second story deck (on the top of the ground level container).

This will be perpendicular to the building and parallel to the road way on the west end of the parking lot.

Building is now gray and property cleaned up with a more modern look. Colors will be grays and blacks.

Do have any photo references of the container part? Maybe simple 3D drawing (I see only 2D plan in the files)?
