Contest Brief

We are a factory of producing walkie talkies for years. We need a package for our new walkie talkies without logo. Here are some requirements:
1.Eye-catching
2.Markets: European and American
3.Customers: Over 3 years old kids and their parents
4.Package Size: Please see the clearer files "T388 Camo Package.ai"
5.Your design‘s format should be .cdr or .ai.

Here are some informations I think you need to know:
1.Our products have many camo colors, such as purple camo, green camo, blue camo, gray camo
2.Any thing that you design should be legal. If you have used any thing that have intellectual property rights, please tell us.
3.All the files that we upload are something that we think you need. If you need anything else or you have any questions, please contact us.
4.This package will be used by all our agents, so we can not provide you any logo.

    This is our second time to use "freelancer", but we still don't know about the rules. Could you kindly tell us something about it? First, can different designers see the designs from each other? Second, if we don't like the designs, should we rate the designs or not (such as one star to three stars)? We don't want to hurt them as they spend their time to join in the contest.

      As same as others said, since you haven't sealed the contest, all the designers can see each other's work. There are Pros and Cons being not sealed: None of the designers can copy something from the internet and claim that is created by them, then other designers will definitely report that kind of attempt. Being sealed, none of the others can copy each other idea, you will get unique ideas by sealed contests.Yes, the best option to rate the designs. Designers here used to get rating, it does not hurt anyone. That is the best way to show whether the designers on the right path or not. Even you can simply reject the designs which are not relevant to the project or give five start to the design you like the most on you feel on the right path or which are related to the brief.
