Attention everyone! Good news, we are extending the contest for one week. Here are some NEW guidelines for your submissions: We REALLY like some of the designs. We want to see the maple leaf incorporated into the design AND we really want something that can work as a favicon (Text below).

We are looking for a graphic artist to design our logo. The business is called “WOBL / We Only Buy Local”. Our site will advertise discounted products and services from local vendors in Canadian cities. The users will have an interactive experience: sharing posts, commenting on listings and most importantly rating the vendors. We want our logo to be: Fun, Simple and reflect a “local” brand.
Our ideas for the logo are limited but key factors we like are:
- the main colour to be blue or gold (or accents of those colours)
- Permanent Marker font and Bebas Neue font
- Google Pin style for Icon
- Our site will feature a “main street” illustration done in comic style (still in the works).
Although those are our preferences, we are open to ideas! Therefore we are asking for 2 logos based off of our ideas and 2 logos that are 100% your creative freedom. ‘Square’ logos with a emphasize on the icon would be preferred.

We request your highest artistic quality logos for this job. Design something that you would be proud to put in your portfolio! :) Looking forward working with you!
