Contest Brief

I am developing a web application and already have the design for a User Interface.

I need someone to produce the HTML, CSS and JS code.

The initial contest is to create a single page with header, off-canvas side-menu and notification drop-down.

Going forward, there will be further work required to code the required UI interface elements (data grid, form controls etc.)

I have attached a Zip file with some JPGs, an overview/style guide and some of the required icons (please note that not all icons are in the file, my designer will be sending these on tomorrow).

Thanks for considering for further work. Can we please work on fixed price project? I prefer to work on fixed price as per the requirement of the pages.

Would you accept a design that uses CSS and SVG to create some of the elements in the design as long as they looks as they do in the styleguide?
