Contest Brief

Hello,

We need a fresh website design mockup for a new company that deals with language training in the government. This design will be for a Wordpress website with a responsive design.

Design needs to be a mix of 'very professional', 'simple to understand', and 'dynamic'. Website will be bilingual (english / french) so make sure design has a language flip option somewhere.

Mockups should also include the mobile/tablet views so that the coder can match the proper design. The design should also include the look of the menu with optional sub-menu item selected so coder can see how to code that.

We need mockups (PNG / PSD) for:

- Home page
- Sub page
- Service request form
- Contact page

We need an updated design with fresh look. For the mockup we'd like to see the home page design first. Don't bother doing the other ones as we'll rate the home page design first and then ask certain designers to create the other pages.

Client has specified that they would prefer a blue / green color scheme. Blue from the logo and green from the windows logo. Doesn't have to be the exact same shade but in the same pallet.
