Contest Brief

We need someone to finalize a logo design. We need a professional finish for the hand-drawn draft logo concept attached. The logo is for the website indicated in the bottom of the drawing. The drawing is inspired by the building which is shown in the other photo, but the logo is not specifically for this building, it is for the whole website of condo ("apartments") for sale in San Diego, California. We will only accept work which is based on this draft. You can be as creative as you want as long as the work is clearly a derivative of the work attached here.
We are looking for the following deliverables:
1. The Full logo in high-resolution or vector format for use on web page,
2. Simplified logo in favicon.ico format for use in website icon.

Contest will be #guaranteed after we gauge that the quality of initial submissions is above our minimum quality standard.

If you are one of the finalists (you have logo which is not rejected), please confirm the following information, 1) What is the native file format the logo will be delivered in? 2) Will you supply layer file which will allow me to tweak the logo colors and font easily? 3) Confirm you will create simplified versionf for favicon.ico?

HELLO CONTESTANTS. After reviewing all logo submissions, I have become unsure trees should be included, because the green causes the logo to have too many colors.
