My website https://michigan-process-servers.com is dated in appearance.

Transparent menu drop down. (There is an image attached that demonstrates what this is)
Do not change the entire layout of the site. Looking for new banner, menu revamp, and color application to entire home page. I will have the colors applied to sub pages. Do not apply a standard stock image banner, I am looking for a custom banner, not pasted stock image. The proper colors for the company are as follows.
White, Black, Green #c8d034, Blue #1c8aca Gray #171717 . The dominate color is the blue option. Green is the secondary color.
Banner contains a search bar. Text in the bar should read. Zip code, and the button on the search bar should read Quote Now
If I see stock image plain banners, they will be instant rejected. I am paying for a custom banner. The request for menu change, font change, and color change is to compliment the banner.

Please do not change the layout of the site below the banner, just the colors. I do not want to pay hours of programming to apply those changes as I am getting a whole new site in 6 months.

I am looking to do the following.
1) Have a new banner for the home page. There will be a search box area in the center, not a button like you currently see.
2) Site will need a new color scheme. I want the site to be clean, and corporate. No wild color scheme. #AEBD38 is one of the main company colors I will be using. I would like a blue shade to go with that, a light gray, black and white. I am open to feedback on colors. Once the project is done and winner awarded, I will need all of the color codes so I may apply them to my print.
3) Font of each page. The font will need to go with the new banner, and be a universal corporate font.
4) Logo Font. Will need a font for Relentless Court Services next to my logo, that accents the logo. This font will need to be browser friendly.

Overall, I think my website with appearance, font and colors it looks dated. As I am not getting a new site until 2021, I prefer to freshen up the one I have now.

I am not looking to change the template, nor am I asking for programming. I am looking for a new banner design, new color and font scheme to match the new banner. I have a programmer that will implement the mockup.
