Armin, the linked works for me now, I must have messed up trying it earlier. I like what you have done very much. Can you build my site for my $400 budget? I have a current weekly account, is it better for you to build it on the current location and then move it it my account so I can make changes later or build it on my account so it dose not have to be moved?

I am pretty busy today, Sunday and tomorrow but after that I can focus on this project with you and assist with my thoughts. I think this will be pretty easy and straight forward. I am easy to please as long as the site has a clean professional look with clear and user friendly navigation and presents a clear overview of the property to site visitors.
