Currently in the process of Migrating my custom Real Estate php site https://trinidadrealestate.co.tt to wordpress platform.
I will be using this theme here: https://themeforest.net/item/houzez-real-estate-wordpress-theme/15752549?ref=mr4k
I would need someone skilled to take this theme that I have purchased, and make it unique, but still matching my color scheme, and to look better that my competition here:

Notice:
1.No one should be able to scan my site to see what theme or plugins I am using
2. Design must be unique, creativity and using special typography is a plus.
3. Must be responsive, Look good on mobile & Seo Friendly
4. Should have no coding errors and able to pass google page speed test
5. Should be easy to make changes if and when necessary.
6. Must be capeable of implimenting design
