Contest Brief

I'd like to write an announcement to a company of 100 people . The tone must be light, positive, appreciative, and helpful.

The message must communicate the following. These points can be presented in the best order to craft the best message. Please let me know if you'd like more details. Feel free to ask me questions if you'd like.

- we consider the covid to be less of a health risk and for that reason plan to have 25% of our staff report back to the office starting next month
- There will be safety guidelines to follow. You must follow them. They will be emailed to you within the next few days
- questions about the guidelines need to be directed to Human Resources
- Thank you for having worked from home these past few months. You've been working well and have been productive and it is appreciated
- If you want to continue working from home, tell Human Resources. Maybe we'll let you
- If you want to be among the first to come back to the office let HR know
- Since April, even with everyone working from home our sales and market share increased by more than 15% of our projections. Congratulations and thank you.
- If this trend continues to the end of the year everyone will get an extra cash bonus
