we send emails from a Windows serer using within ASP Classic code. Attached is sample of what our current build is - basically just use a table to form the email. I have a download system that forces the download of a file with a click on the file name - using ADODB Stream. Works great almost all of the time - have a PPT (powerpoint presentation) and getting a "This site can’t be reached" error when you click on that file - I have other ppt files that work OK - does not make any sense. I have a website that it used to interface with a Microsoft Access database. Most of the pages are ASP classic. The site runs on Windows server. The database lists 5,000 geographic locations with meeting times at each one. There have recently been various, sporadic errors popping up and the website crashes approximately once/day, especially when in heavy use. I strongly suspect that the problem is code that's opening connections to the database, but not properly closing it. There are only 3-4 pages on the site that are using this code, so it's not a huge amount of code to go through.
