I need some one with exceptional Latex skills to type/edit/write a report. I will provide the figures, contents, chapter headings , table data etc. He/she will be supposed to make a report in standard IEEE format with proper referencing style. I want some one from electrical engineering background who should also take "limited" responsibility to check the contents for correctness.
