I have a straightforward deliverable: making a Python wrapper for a DLL. I have a DLL library that controls a hardware device (a set of galvanometric mirrors) over an ethernet connection. The hardware currently works with a C++ script, that includes the .h and .lib files. I need a Python wrapper for that DLL, so that the same functions defined in the c++ library can be called within a Python script. The library is attached; it's a large library (around 100 functions), so it's probably necessary to use SWIG or any other automated tool.

I state, at the end the code has to became an executable with some golang dll implementations,so it should work properly without bugs.
