Solution to calculate $ owed for stock sold on consignment. Takes myob extract from distributor's accounting system, then to compare with previous months report to determine monthly activity, then cross reference to supplier price table to determine amount owed for stock sold. Currently done with pivot tables. Base data in 7 column spread sheet that is generated out of MYOB. Need to create YTD view for 4 items (tables) , then subtract the data from previous months report to provide summary of what happened during the period. Also, automate a couple of charts and a days sales outstanding view. Solution needs to allow for new products to be added / subtracted and price changes.

Found Open Bravo and downloaded, and found it needs a lot of customisation to make it work in our business.
