I'm looking for an experienced server administrator to optimize my dedicated server running Almalinux 9.3 + Plesk. The server is currently performing poorly with slow website loading times and database slowdowns, which is unacceptable as I regularly have more than 500 concurrent visitors. The primary focus of this project will be optimizing the server's Plesk settings, Postgres and MariaDB databases, and PHP 8.2 configuration.
