This is a university project. The task was to design a hall for civil ceremonies(weddings and name giving) the site is located in Sofia. The main idea of the project is to emphasise on the ritual path and the ceremony itself as an initiation. Just opposite the main entrance is located the ceremonial stairway, which leads to a hall of frosted glass. The stairway is enfolded with white "ribbon" which forms a swirl, giving a prominence to the ritual way of the couple.
