I will also provide you with two sets of data ( one FEM and another Experiment). What I need you to do is go over the program and ensure that it's correct. That is: 1) The finite element data is represented correctly in matlab. 2) Check the filter and see if a better filter can be applied. 3) FEM data was shifted and flipped correctly (to match field data). 4) Finally, we need to check if the optimization procedure is correct. We are looking for someone to drag test a nanotechnology coating we have designed. Obvioulsy a wind tunnel or similar will be needed. We will need the test documented in full. The project will include giving is information on what substrates will be best to coat for testing.

I am an entrepreneur who was born and raised in New Zealand. I am looking to embark on my own private space program, which will start with sending a simple, sounding rocket to the edge of space (at about 100km in altitude) with a small payload of just a camera and end with manned missions into space. Currently, the main focus is this first sounding rocket project, which needs to be constructed in and launched from NZ - for NZ $100,000 or less. I am already in touch with the NZ Rocketry Association to ensure that my rockets meet the new High Altitude Vehicle (HAV) laws in my country and to have a place to launch the rockets from. I have also looked into Rocket Lab (NZ) and have spoken to the Centre for Space Science Technology (CSST) in my country. What I now require is an individual who is gifted in aeronautical engineering (and related subjects) to look at a concept that I have come up with for a new rocket, which is a hybrid of a conventional rocket and hydrogen balloon. I am aware that this has been proposed since the 1960s and that there are currently private firms looking into it such as Xero2infinity with their "Bloostar" concept. However, my concept is a tad different and I now need a professional to assess it and see if it will actually work, is feasible and what sort of payload it could carry into space. The assessment will need to be accompanied with calculations so they can be depended on by my team in NZ. In addition, these calculations MUST have some form of verification or testing done on them with a computer program so I know that they are, virtually, 100% correct. Please remember that NZ is a nuclear-free country so we cannot have a rocket that uses any nuclear technology, such as cold fusion. Here are some ideas and concepts that I have come across, which you may wish to incorporate into your plans: - Using a balloon to first lift a rocket as high as possible before it inhales the gas in the balloon to burn and ascend further and reach space. On its way down, it uses the empty balloon as a parachute for a safe and soft touchdown. - A rocket that uses a suppressed technology such as "free energy" or "anti-gravity". I have read up on these and found plenty of plans and patents for them (both online and in books). The only question is if any of them actually work. - A rocket that uses a forgotten or unused technology, such as hydrogen gas motors for cars.
