I need a complete CFD study of our propeller in both cruise and hover regimes. You will receive a clean CAD model and the operating conditions; from there I want you to set up, run, and document the simulations in OpenFOAM, since that aligns best with our in-house workflow. Key performance data I must see for each flight mode include lift and drag forces, pressure distribution, flow-velocity fields, as well as derived torque and power consumption figures. Please structure the cases so we can compare cruise versus hover without re-meshing every time we tweak RPM or inflow speed. I need an experienced aerospace engineer to run the numbers on a specific connection point of an aircraft wing before I green-light a repair. You will receive two data sets from me right away: the original manufacturer’s wing design package and a separate problem file that already contains detailed drawings and the relevant load specifications. No failure reports are involved, so our focus is purely on confirming whether the modified structure has the necessary load-carrying capability. This is an experimental aircraft.
