Tengo los planos de la casa en AUTOCAD, solo requiero que se pasé lo referente a la iluminación/contactos. Características: -El archivo debe ser entregado en versión DWG . -Se debe de usar una layer diferente para iluminación, otra para contactos y otra para cableado. -Proporcionaré un ejemplo de un plano similar y se pueden usar los mismos bloques o proponer unos distintos pero similares. -Todos los bloques de iluminación deben estar centrados en el espacio de cada área. -No requiero ningún formato de impresión en layout.

The scope of each project will be determined through the pre-development and feasibility process based on applicable regulations with the goal of maximum efficiency and highest and best use. Budget is to-be-determined SERVICES For the initial Predevelopment phase the architect will: 1. Review all relevant Planning and Zoning documentation which has bearing on this project. 2. Review potential building size, unit quantities, parking plans and associated zoning and planning department issues to help the owner determine and or confirm maximum and reasonable potential development parameters for the project. 3. Explore preliminary building massing and concept plans associated with options and potentially available incentives to determine most efficient design option. 1. Convert the attached survey (Arndell Survey) drawing into AutoCad format. This drawing shows the contour lines of the site. Ideally I would like it in 3D as I will be adding houses in the future and having to show cut and fill for concrete pads, landscaping etc. in future iterations. The Arndell Survey drawing has a proposed lot layout that I will not be using. The lot layout I would like to add into the autocad drawing is in the Mitchell St sketch also attached. This sketch has incorrect land dimensions so use the Arndell Survey as the correct dimensions. You will need to adjust the individual lot sizes to fit in the correct land dimensions. For reference I have attached an overhead photo of the site. 2. Attached is a floor plan of the house (Hayman) I would like to build on Lot 1 (as shown in the Mitchell St sketch.) Looking for an individual experienced with Revit and AutoCAD to edit .rvt and .dwg files to correct errors, show dimensions between points, and to redraw some floor plans for a small apartment building (e.g. to place the building and building components correctly relative to gridlines, to insert correct wall types, move windows, resize a showers from 36" to 40" and adjust bathroom sizes as necessary, etc.). Complete architectural plans and Revit file already exist. This is for the construction administration portion of the job to create clarification for the trades constructing the building. Quick turnaround will be necessary at times. You will be working directly with the building's developer. An example floor plan is attached. This job is expected to have intermittent part-time needs, will begin within one week and has the potential to last for a number of months through the end of construction.
