The PBC must be designed to meet the dimensional specifications provided, and the design must be ready for manufacturing. The microcontroller must be programmed to output the provided MIDI values, and to illuminate LEDs to visually display on and off states and variable states of inputs. The design consists of 144 inputs and outputs: 32 potentiometers, 96 buttons, 16 force-sensing resistors, and 144 LEDs (1 LED per pot., button, and FSR).     We want to build an IOT based animal feeder. This main board will control some motors that deliver feed to the animal. We have a loss-in-weight (LIW) load cell installed to detect feeding rates and adjust accordingly. This hub may also interface with various sensors and sensor data, along with hub health checks, etc. need to be uploaded to the cloud via a zigbee type self-assembling mesh network. There is an additional function we want to add on that involves input from a proprietary analog sensor that needs to be buffered, filtered, amplified and then run through ADC and DSP (probably a matched filter algorithm) to detect feeding activity. Then we need to be able to program firm ware to run the feed delivery motors to match the feeding activity of the shrimp. Another aspect of this product is it needs to be solar powered (line power optional) so we need charge controller and BMS for LiFePO4 batteries. The mainboard firmware needs to handle all the sensor data, communicate via mesh network to a hub that sends data to the cloud. We need to be able to update the firmware from the cloud.
