The Buffalo Bill Center of the West is a national class museum located in Cody, WY. We have 86 full time, 30 part time and 150 seasonal employees. We can hire a more transactional HR person locally but need a consultant to ensure that we are meeting state and federal law, advise the transactional employee on policy and to participate by phone in a number of mid-level decisions about HR with the transactional employee and the senior management team of the Center.
