I am in Texas. I recently leased a warehouse. I want to have two stores. One store will sell GENERAL MERCHANDISE the other store will sell HOME IMPROVEMENT merchandise such as vanities and cabinets. I need you to create two separate stores and two separate web based inventory systems. I am new to this and need something basic but powerful and easy to use. I want the system to allow me to scan an item into the inventory system. I also have a manifest of 200 items that I will send to you so you can input the items into the database. I need the inventory system to be accessible to sellers who will drop ship. They will need to see the inventory from their computer so they can sell from it also. This project is ON GOING as I need you to constantly manage the inventories and stores. I am looking for a simple production tracking system that could utilize barcode or QR code labels attached to products that will go through a 4 phase process of: receiving raw product; testing the product to make sure it is operable; cleaning the product; and then entering it into saleable inventory. Ideally we'd use the barcode or QR code to check it out of one stage and into the next, or to expel it from our process because it is non-functional. The products are used electronics that we receive from suppliers in bulk, and then put through our process to make sure they are operable and clean them before reselling. We would also need a way to generate each code and assign each to a specific product.

Need a structured and efficient method to handle inventory for a transaction table which would accurately display holding inward and outward inventories. Should be able to clearly define different scenarios where current inventories are in as well as when inventories are out. Inventory scenarios include product purchase inventory (inward type of entry) as well as product returns accounted for in the inventory. Also needed is a section for ordered inventory (outward type of entry) and correlating dispatched inventory. Inward Inventory = Outward Inventory which is similar to accounting practice. Need design to roll up on order level, product level, product inventory, and account level. Design should be able to help form a scalability perspective with the minimum amount of code change.
