I have a 14-residue peptide (sequence: CGSWTWENGKHTWK). I've collected NOESY/TOCSY data on a 400MHz machine. I require 3 things: -Chemical shift assigment (for as many residues/atoms as possible) -A figure showing the NOESY/TOCSY superposed spectra. Only the spectral region relevant to chemical shift assignment is needed. An example image for the same peptide in methanol is attached. -A writeup on whatever methods you used to get the chemical shifts (1-2 paragraphs). The figure & writeup must be publication quality. I have a dietary supplement that has 3 all natural ingredients. I need to make sure my supplements fact panel is correct. I don't know how to formulate it to make sure what I have written on the bottle facts is correct in terms of milligrams and micrograms etc... plus how much of each item is in each capsule.
