    I have a Word document that has been generated using OCR. Your job will be to do the following: 1. Correct all formatting errors and make the document CONSISTENT throughout 2. Paragraph spacing = 1.5x throughout the document 3. Some punctuation translated in error. You must fix these 4. The section titles need to be consistent (Underline, black color) 5. In some areas of the document there are inaccurate spacings -- these must all be fixed 6. Some paragraphs have random line breaks -- these must be fixed so the document flows correctly 7. You must MANUALLY review this 48 page document line-by-line. It's an easy job for a Word pro, but requires PATIENCE and DILIGENCE to complete. 8. Sometimes there is missing punctuation. You must fix this (example: each paragraph should end with a period.) 9.     We are a home inspection service that specializes in testing electromagnetic fields. One of the products that we provide to our customers is a report of approximately 12 - 18 pages produced in Microsoft Word. Most of the data entry consists of 4 pages of tables showing the measurements of our home inspection. We record the measurements at the home by hand on a piece of paper. We would scan the piece of paper to you to insert into the Microsoft Word tables and adjust the table appropriately. You may have to add or subtract rows and colums on the tables. You would also have to insert a map created as a .jpp image on a separate page (the map is created by another freelancer). Each project is short, but we hope to have many of these projects in the future and to build an ongoing relationship. Samples of past reports and a format for the report will be provided.

We have created a textbook for medical students which is around 80 pages and separated into around 10 different word documents. We were looking to get the whole textbook formatted (titles, margins, tables etc.). We would ideally like it returned as a word document and PDF, so we can make further changes. We would also like information about further revisions (which are likely to be needed) and your turnaround time. The focus of this task is to help us merging the sourcecode of the forms, which contain the database-fields of the extended search functionality. Those are more or less different from each other. The current form is a very long word document designed around a survey used to prepare an employment and social affairs case for assessment by a team of experts. The product The caseworkers prepare the case by filling in the form (which today is a flat word document) with information about their clients’ situation. The caseworkers either do it on their own or together with the clients who are citizens with low work abilities. Usually, the caseworker will be the one writing and filling in the form, but he or she will often do it while looking at the form together with the client. In conclusion, the form has many purposes. It needs to work digital, in print, and be dynamic enough to fit a lot of different use cases and client situations. The format Since none of the users have strong tech skills, the form is planned to be a word document that is handled manually. It could also be a pdf. However, there can be no limits on the number of words/characters used in the individual form fields since the cases are very different. Key requirements: We would like a highly well-functioning word or pdf document that is easy to use for anybody, easy to update (i.e. add rows for sections etc.). We already have a first draft of the form, but it does not meet all of our needs. Examples of features we need your help to develop: - the document needs to be design in landscape mode - however we dont want there to be any margin issue when printing, espcially when adding sections dynamically in the document. - Since we do not know how many rows an individual case needs in a given category of information the doucment should have smart macos where the user can click buttons to add and delete rows to specific sections.
