Since most of CRM software doesn't allow us to do such things, we are using WordPress to create those documents and save them into a windows folder files. Here's our current way to work when a prospective contact us to receive a free quote: 1- Open a client file in a windows folder linked to OneDrive. 2- Enter the prospective information (job address & contact) into a spreadsheet. (This also spreadsheet contains formula used to quote different products option for different type of services) 3- Upload xls. (spreadsheet) into Zoho to used CRM functions. 4- Upload spreadsheet into WordPress system which generate all type of forms required. From then, we can change certain field when needed and update it to generate forms. So, this way worked well for a while but we are growing and this is now time demanding and we now need a system where everything will be at the same place. I'm this could be done with Zoho but perhaps we should also create a new custom CRM-EPR. Budget wise this last option wouldn't probably work for us.
