3D Mesh Completion and Enhancement

I am seeking an experienced 3D designer to work on a scanned model of my car's tailpipe currently in MLP (meshlab) format. The project encompasses closing existing gaps in the model to make it solid and designing a top surface which incorporates a rectangular column for connection to my car.
Required tasks include:
- Enhancing the scanned mesh model
- Closing up any existent gaps
- Creating a solid, lifelike 3D mesh
- Designing a connecting rectangular column
Successful freelancers should include examples of previous work handling similar projects in their application. Although I don't have specific dimensions for the rectangular column, I am open to recommendations and the freelancer's discretion is highly encouraged in this regard.
Ideal skills include proficiency in 3D modelling, experience with MTL files and a keen eye for detail to ensure the finished product closely resembles the actual tailpipe.
