Needed Someone to add Local Notifications System & Daily Challenge System for Android & iOS in a 2D Game

Needed Someone to add Local Notifications for Android & iOS in a 2D Game which is made in Unity3d 5.5.0f3. the game already has the time trigger which i am using for awarding the game user daily free coins. we can use this timer for both local notifications and daily challenge system. these local notifications needs to work with timer of the phone, when that time come for which we develop the notification, the notification will be pop up on the notification bar of the phone for both on android and iOS. there is no need to use server for such notifications (no push notifications) there will be 5 types of notifications which will pop up simaltaneously when that time/day/week or occassion came. these notifications will get repeated as per coding. there will be 10 daily challenges system we will use to award users free coins, when user collects all the alphabets of a specific word of that day. same timer system we will use for this.
