Scrape Page in .NET

I need a ASP.NET application written that scrapes the page (see notes below) and inserts each map selection into a list array of an entity object representing each block on the map and each block contains another list array of an entity object of all resources. Page: [login to view URL] On the page (maps), is a block with various resources in them. I would need: * An array containing each block/section. - Identifier (Such as grid location.. example Map_1_5, representing first row, 5th column) - Array of each resources - Resource Key (the element, Au, Pe, Hy, etc) - Percentage assigned cast as a float You can get the resource key from the *.png file name. Example: [login to view URL] - resource is Bi. Program should be written in ASP.NET with a single page that has a button that fires this off. It will return a these lists and i would need them displayed in a data grid - jquery datables is okay. This allows me to test your work.
