I would like to hire a Coder

I am looking into creating a game for the computer, where you wake up to a mob member yelling at you to get him *X* number of dollars (amount changes based on difficulty) before a timer runs out, the time will change based on difficulty as well. then you run around a somewhat open map (not too big) and do things to raise the amount of money needed such as stealing cars and robbing banks and stores. the police will chase you at random moments. if the timer runs out and the amount of money is not raised than you lose. it doesnt need to be a impressive looking game just needs to work with the plot and look half decent.
