Help me gain a certain number of (paid) users for a website

I need someone to help me gain a certain # of sign ups for my website.
There's a paid ($5) and free version of the website. Ideally, I would like to get some of those users to also get the paid version. There is also a free trial for the paid version.
I need someone who is capable of doing the following things:
1. Able to grab a certain number of active users for a website.
2. Manage Twitter & Facebook accounts and gain a following.
3. Convince people to sign up for the paid version.
This is the beginning of a potential long-term project. If this is successful, I may hire you for future projects that are related to sales.
