Web Page Image Gallery

Summary: I am currently working on a research project and collect many images (TIFF format) throughout the process. I would like a Web Page designed so that I can input these images in as I collect the data and be able to observe, organize, and analyze them in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I intend to just put everything in a flash drive and load up the site wherever I go. Specifics: -Aesthetics are VERY important. I am not looking for something that has a awkward flow to it and it just simply ugly. Perhaps flash or something may be able to make it look good? -I am studying different lines of animals. I take many pictures of each specific line. As a result, I need each line to be organized into its own section with its own pictures. - I want to be able to choose a representative picture of each line. Thus, I need to be able to see all the images of each specific line at once at some point to choose it. Maybe a small popup window to choose the best picture? I don't know.. whatever looks the best. -I do not know how many lines I will have or what order I intend to do these in. As a result, I have to be able to add/modify/remove lines and also be able to change the order they are in within the site. -I have a few ideas as to how it should all look but I really am not all that great with design. I would prefer the freelancer to have some form of instant messenger that I can discuss this project with in deeper detail. -If possible, I'd like the website to have an option to save parts of it as a PDF. i.e. Save lines 1-3 into PDF format in a specific manner. -The overall function of the website is quite simple. Be able to input pictures, organize them, select representative pictures of each line, and ultimately output it as a PDF. But as noted, I want this to be an aesthetically pleasing website and flow smoothly. -I am looking for this project to be done sooner rather than later as I would like to start using it immediately. Please post estimated price along with estimated time that will be needed to finish project.
