Simple aplication 1.- It recieves push notification with and id, triggers an api with this id and gets a json response With coordinates and a image, so when you open the notification will see on map the marker on specific coordinates and you click to see photo. 2.- Same app works for sending notification, you take the picture and pass to a server to store online, also stores the cordinates, I already have the servers working. You can also send some message with the notification. I already have the app receiving notification, we just have to clone it and add some features like for sending photos and the interface to look the photo. I need for ios and android Finally you just need to implement the arcgis sdk to add an specific layer to the map Max payment 150 per app
