Build MSI WIndows Installer for VB6 Addins

I have 3 VB6 Addins for Office 2003. I need someone to create a Windows Installer that does the following: 1. Installs the addins and registers all DLLs/components on workstations that are part of a DOMAIN with Active Directory. 2. Installs the addins and registers all DLLs/components for workstations so that ALL USERS who log into the Domain, regardless of the User who logs in 3. I need the WIndows installer that can be used for sending updates to my users, when I make changes or updates to the Office addins... 4. I will need the Coder to teach me to create the MSI (Windows Installer) so I can effectively pack the installations for my clients who use Active Directory. I will provide the coder the install packs that I currently use with Setup Factory 7.0. If I need to purchase the Windos Installer software, I can do that as well. I will need a Non Disclosure Agreement signed, but only after I select the coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000, XP, Vista
