Update photography for Portland Waterfront Living

Capture 240 total images consisting of 10 magazine quality exterior photos for 24 waterfront condo communities in Portland Oregon for use in print and online. Each community photo package consists of 3 portrait orientation "hero" shots suitable for use on a magazine cover; in addition to 7 additional photographs in landscape orientation. Community to be shot during sunny weather. Each image will be edited in Photoshop for maximum aesthetic impact. Deliverables include three version of each image: RAW, High Resolution for use in print (file formate TBD), Low Resolution for use on web (JPEG). This is a work for hire project.
