Hello! We're Mimio from [login to view URL] We're looking for a Project Manager to manage our startup. You be required to do the following Working with developers: * This means checking through all demos, prototypes (IPA's, APK's, etc) and ensuring the are completely bug free and they are fit for purpose. * You will be required to ensure the usability of the app is good and flawless. * You will ensure aesthetically the app looks exactly the way it should with no image distortions. * You will provide thorough testing of the app when the development team provide you with a demo. * You will be responsible for communicating any changes directly to the development team * You will be responsible for communicating any additional features to the development team * You will be responsible for ensuring the designs are created on time by our agency and development team are sticking to the time scale * You will be responsible for ensuring that any additional features are built and implemented correctly Working with Designers: * You will be responsible for giving them the exact brief the client has decided to go with * You will ensure the design team delivers the work on time * You will ensure the design team meet the clients specifications and ensure their designs contain all features requested. You will work with clients * You will be the main point of contacts for clients for any questions, queries, concerns, etc. * You will onboard all the clients, and be their point of contact when required to update them on the progress * You will be responsible for ensuring the client has made all of the milestone payments * You will follow the process to ensure the client requests are completed, and client is satisfied This is a full time position. Key skills required include STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL. This is a Long Term project and you will work on a on-going basis with monthly payment which we agree upon. Must have excellent communication skills, and have perfect english speaking ability. Must be extremely professional and willing to work a range of hours as and when information is received by various teams.

Hello guys, I am confident that I meet all your requirements. As part of managing projects, I organized kick off meetings with customer, pre-sales team, HR and internal technical team. We would recap the requirements and solution. We would breakdown the solution into manageable tasks and we would discuss the estimation time to complete each task and who is responsible for executing the task. This is where I set up the project plan, project charter, the communication, risk register. Based on task specifics, I assigned human resources both internal and hired third party contractors. I set up the tools needed for project collaboration like Jira/ Confluence/ Asana/ Wrike/ Skype/ Evernote/ I organized recurrent meetings with client and technical team ( 1 per week ) and a daily meeting just with technical team for status updates My last project where I used an agile approach for a waterfall project was a Push-to-Talk ( PTT ) solution which was integrated with a Car Fleet Management Solution. The PTT had to be made from scratch, there was software developed for a security company that needed to respond quicker to alarms triggered and we had to install HW equipment to their intervention cars. Activities: Set up daily calls with the technical teams for a status update ( daily scrum ) Set up weekly call with client and team leaders for project status Set up a testing environment for client in order to log in and see changes Helping technical team to resolve each blocking point
