Blog Commenting needed asap! Serious, effective and consistent!

Looking for someone who will post blog comments for our site. It is a vacation rental site. This is an ongoing project. Each day you will be required to post 7 comments on blogs in our same niche. The page itself must have a PR1 and above. Each day you will anchor a different keyword from a list we will provide you. You will also compile a weekly list of each URL the comment has been left on along with the keyword used. Each link must be a dofollow link. Additionally, we will provide you each day with a deep link, with a specific anchor text/keyword. You will post 3 more comments using that keyword to the link provided. The link will be to our daily article on our blog. Same idea, the comment will have to be posted on a PR1 page and above. Please price your project quote on a weekly basis. That will be for 7 + 3 links each day... for a total of 70 each week. I do not want 70 links done in one day... it must be progressive. You will be allowed a 10-20% drop rate. Each comments must be posted manually using white hat skills. Each comments posted must be relevant and add value to the blog it is posted on so that it increases its chances of not being deleted. That means you cannot just say "Great article, keep the good work" or anything along those lines. Please write "I understand" in your replies. Any replies without it will be ignored. Any replies with template responses will be ignored. This is a writing project... and if you cannot show that you can write and give us a personal response, then you are not for this job. You must also write proper English, with correct spelling/grammar. We have a spider that will monitor each links provided to us in the daily report to ensure the work is done properly... that the page are PR1 and above at time it was posted... and that they remain on page for at least 60 days. We expect comments to have a 60 days life at the MINIMUM. If you have a high drop rate, we will terminate our agreement.
