On-call virtual assistants
$2-8 USD / hour
We are looking for a few virtual assistants to help us better run our services. You will have to perform common administrative tasks, most of the times and in most posts. Work will be in shifts, so this is important to mention all the hours you can definitely be available throughout the day (24h) since we are working around the clock, even on weekends and need to have someone in charge at all times.
Please mention your time zone in GMT format and the hours you can be available for work in local time or in GMT format. Your main duties will include checking a couple of email addresses every 10 minutes and reply or forward to another person, writing emails, process helpdesk tickets, check processes within the company and handle small matters as they may arise. Sometimes you will have to perform administrative tasks but sometimes there will be no job to be done, no calls and no emails/tickets to read or handle, apart from the fact that you should be available for such work, so I would need two hourly rates, one hourly rate for busy hours that would need full commitment on your part and one hourly rate when you will have no other activity apart from being available to answer phone calls and handle emails/processes. It is very important to have that info, so that we know in which post we could assign you. Please do not bid if you cannot be reachable all day via freelancer or another IM (most preferably skype). Last but not least, please do not forget to state in your bid what would make you a good fit for this job.
You will be paid for the hours worked via freelancer every 15 days. Fluency in English is without any doubt an absolute must as you will have to communicate verbally and in writing representing a language service provider.
