I am retired and now 76. Back in 2018 I bought into, in a small way initially [$275], bitcoin. To date I have not had any withdrawals or payments, but have been coerced into , making further deposits [ I think up to $14,000 approximately, not sure what currency].I have been told its $US. Currently it is making $320 per day and appears to be gaining at the rate of $2 p/day. This investment outfit is based in London, so here is where I am confused. I currently live in NZ , but lived in Australia for about 8 years. I only have an Australian credit card, as when I returned to NZ was unemployed and could not get one. Therefore all payments have been made via this method. It is easy enough to send money either way, nowadays.
So what, when and who do I pay tax too.
