Conversion Tracking Specialist

Who are we? Monopoly Media is a performance marketing team. We specialize in lead generation and e-commerce through social media and search ads execution, custom landing pages, creative production, and post-production. "Boiling that down": We create relatable ads that get social media and search websites users’ attention and make them interested, we build informative landing pages that get them to convert, and we analyze the data on all of that to continuously improve our efforts. Whom do we need? We are looking for a technical specialist to handle everything related to conversion tracking in our setup. The ideal candidate would be somebody with experience in working with Affiliate tracking software(RedTrack, Binom, Voluum, etc), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or similar. Strong understanding of how conversion tracking in FB, TT, Google works is a big plus. Some of the challenges include but are not limited to: - Setting up tracking links in our affiliate trackers; - Managing and maintaining trackers set up; - Creating new campaigns, rotator tracking links; - Optimizing links by performance; - Monitor that tracking is properly working; - Troubleshoot issues with conversion tracking; - Create custom tracking setups or delegate, outsource this kind of tasks, but be on top of the process; - Monitoring that non-redirect tracking is working properly; - Setting up API conversion tracking. Additional skills that would be helpful: - Basic understanding of coding in HTML/CSS/JavaScript - Experience with Facebook, TikTok Ads platforms. - Knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Drive What do we offer?
