You can be using any paid / free software ( scripts ) available in the market. The goal is to automate repeating task that other wise need to be done by a human staff.
Use case :
Creating of a touch screen kiosk . Integrate with existing accounting software via RPA ( no API or access to database is given ). so that customer can interact with that accounting software to :
1. Acquire Statements
2. Print Statements
3. Check Amount Owned
4. Make Payment
What you need to let me know in your proposal:
