I require an AWS setup as follows, please also calculate likely monthly cost for this; - Paris Location - Windows - SQL Server Web - T3 Xlarge - IIS setup with ASP, custom error pages. - FTP access - Ability to login to SQL server remotely using SSMS (provide details) - provide connection string code for SQL server in ASP - three websites setup each with a separate dedicated IP - ongoing support may be required (we will agree an hourly rate)
