Secrets Management (Cloud) - Requirements and how it wll be used

Outline: I want understand how we will be using the Secrets management across the Enterprise, and make a decision on what technology we will use and use the right tools. Need: the key in-depth tech comparisons with practical examples Key feature, Pros and Cons for each of all of the following Azure Vault HashiCorp Vault OSS HashiCorp Enterprise AWS Secrets Management (KMS) Requirements: Secrets rotation Private keys MFA Tokens Passwords Ability to retrieve secrets via code Segregation of secrets + we use Azure pipelines for CI/CD and main resources on AWS. Please compare the above requested features keeping the cloud platforms in mind, also include them in the documentation, For Example: 1. if we use AWS Secrets Management, the process from Azure Pipelines to retrieve the secrets from AWS and usage? 2. if we use Hashicorp Vault, how's the process from Azure Pipelines to retrieve the secrets and from AWS resources? 3. if we use Azure Key Vault, how's the process from Azure Pipelines to retrieve the secrets and AWS resources? Acceptance Criteria: With the completion of this project we should be able to make a decision as to what Secrets Management tool we are going to select. Professional Indepth Documentation to each of the Key features, Pro's and Cons. Recommendation as to which tools works/fits best in my environment.
