SIMPLE MUSIC PLAYER APP ( Compatible to iPHONE, IPad, Android and Google Tablets)

NAME: BASEBALL TUNES SYNOPSIS OF JOB: Design an app with six (6) touch buttons that allows the user to play random music / sound effects on demand compatible to all mobile devices of iPhone, iPad, Android, and Google Tablets. JOB DESCRIPTION: (SEE ATTACHMENT) The idea is for a user who is at a baseball sporting event (typically a little league event for youth) the ability to click a button to play popular songs and sound effects from their smart phone or tablet. Each button on the screen when clicked will play a random song from a list of songs or sound effects I can control from within an admin hosted site. Each time the program is started up, it should check for any new updates and sync with the latest changes or allow the user to update and install the latest version. How admin controls would be built into the app, I don't know? I don't have experience in app development and is why I'm reaching out to a freelancer. I'd like to be able to control the songs and sound effects going into the app as well as any changes to my advertisement at the bottom of the app however I'm open to suggestions on how to do this. If this can be done, I'll upload all the songs myself. If it can't be done and needs to be made part of the program, there will be 10 songs provided for each category (button) available for selection. There are only six buttons on the app with one slide bar to control a fade out or stop of any playing music/sounds.
