Android app: load HTTP every minute

After install, app should generate random token (12 digit number) which will be visible in the app. There should be a option to turn service ON or OFF (make HTTP requests or not). App should work as a service all the time when mobile is on. App will load HTTP request every 30 seconds load (I will provide a URL) with a token as a GET parameter. If there is a positive response, it will run this code: [login to view URL] (to print the content from request)
