Android Application for Image to Text, Retrieving the data associated with that text using an API, storing it in a Database and viewing the database.

I want an android application that has buttons to click an image and convert it into text, retrieve the value associated with that text using an API, and store all the values in a database. Also, there should be a button to view the past queries made. Basically, it is an application to take the image of the number plate of a car and query it with an API to get the details of the owner and the car and then store those details in a database. Also there should be an option to search and view the past stored entries in the database. The project should use Java as the main programming language.
